Please keep your eyes out for turtles sunning themselves on logs! You can either admire these from a distance or walk over to get a closer look through the fence.

 

  1. Have fun at the skateboarding area – With a long, winding ramp and lots of space for BMX and skateboarding, the Richmond Green Skatepark is a favorite spot for young and older kids. It has an open-air skateboarding park with lots of room to practice tricks.

 

  1. Get in the skating trail – This becomes a popular spot for ice skaters in the winter. There’s good lighting and large cleared areas to use as a rink. The trails around Richmond Green are great for cross country skiers, snowshoers, and people with toboggans in tow.
